Temperate, Desert, and Winter theaters. Requires: Command & Conquer Tested On: 486DX2/66 Patch v1.19 Difficulty: Easy-Moderate Filename: TBRORIGN.ZIP File Contents: TBRORIGN.TXT (This File), MISSION.INI SCG01EA.INI/BIN SCG02EA.INI/BIN SCG03EA.INI/BIN SCG04EA.INI/BIN, SCG04WA.INI/BIN, SCG04WB.INI/BIN SCG05EA.INI/BIN, SCG05EB.INI/BIN, SCG05WA.INI/BIN, SCG05WB.INI/BIN Installation: Unzip the ZIP file then copy the INI and BIN files to your C&C directory, and just start up the game, and Start a New Game as GDI. You will immediately start the campaign. Mission Briefings: Mission I: Dr. Moebius has been conducting Tiberium experiments in this area, and the Brotherhood is attempting to kill him. Nod has already established themselves and we need you to remove them so that we may get to Moebius safely. Destroy all Nod presence in the area. Mission II: Dr. Moebius has been conducting his research on Tiberium at a college in a neutral town and reportedly has made some breakthrough. He now believes that Tiberium is a synthetic lifeform, and certainly not the product of natural evolution. The Brotherhood is already in the area searching for him. Fight your way through Nod forces and get Moebius out in an Evac chopper which will arrive shortly. Mission III: If Tiberium came from an alien object, wouldn't it suggest that Tiberium is the product of aliens? Major priority has now been given to obtaining the original fragments of the Tiberium object. An operative has located a fragment, but was captured. However, he first left a crate with the needed information in a small town. Find that crate and bring it to the chopper that will arrive. You may receive some support from the locals. Mission IV: Now that we know it's location, Moebius is being escorted to the fragment. Nod SAM sites have forced us to send him by boat rather than chopper. Alerted, Nod has set up Turrets in wait of Moebius' blue unarmed transport boat. Use a GDI outpost in the area to clear any Nod Turrets so that his boat may arrive safely. Mission V: The Tiberium object is nearby and Moebius is continuing his studies at a research hospital. Speculation has arisen that perhaps Tiberium is a weapon designed to purge the planet of its life. Nod is just now erecting a base where Kane is also researching the deadly properties of Tiberium. Your base isn't equipped to manufacture advanced hardware, so we will send reinforcements shortly. Destroy all Nod forces to protect Moebius. Mission Descriptions: When you select Start New Game, I found that it would play the first GDI briefing no matter what so the first mission is pretty simlilar to the first GDI mission. In the next mission, you will have to fight your way through Nod forces with a couple APCs and Med. Tanks to get Moebius out in a Chinook. In the next mission, you have to guide the few through troops you have to a village where a crate is located, and from there you need to fight through more Noddies to get to a chopper. You get a small outpost base in mission 4 where you can build Grenadiers to blow up all the Turrets that are in wait of Moebius' arriving boat. In the fifth and final mission of this campaign, you have a larger base with an Ion Cannon uplink, and will receive some pretty heavy reinforcements to wipe out a Nod base so Moebius can freely study the crashed Tiberium object that is on the map. Note: After you complete each mission, it will not matter which path you take as each one has been overridden by one of the above files. Also, after you complete the fifth mission of this campaign, you will return to the normal game at the sixth mission. It is important that at the start of every mission you select the Restate button as, even though I had a briefing video for each mission, they didn't really cover the mission objectives exactly. Download this campaign NOW, it will be worth it. Mission Tips: I tried to make it so that the roads actually lead to places you want to go, so it's a good idea to follow them. In the first few levels before you can build vehicles, sometimes it's better to lead your squads with an expendable infantry rather than risk losing one of your only vehicles. Known Bugs: On the last two missions, you start out with Helipads with Orcas on them. However, the Orcas do not appear on the radar at first, and you cannot select them. To fix this, at the start of the mission, use the "Lasso" feature to select the Orca(s) and then order them to move somewhere. Then, select them and move them back onto the Helipads. From there, they should act as normal. Thanks to: Andrew Griffin and Vladan Blato for the software they both created and for being nice enough to answer the editing questions I posted. Han Brunger for a useful INI editing manual. Jeroen Ritmeijer and Richard Heesbeen for the really cool CCMAP. Finally: If you like this mission, or you hate it, please send me a comment at MastrMind3@aol.com. In particular, please send anything which may help me create future missions. Thanks.
